Food
the majority of people dining in Rome ate corn,grain,oil and wine. Later they made bread out of wheat and husked wheat was begining to be made into poridge. Bread was the single most eaten bread often sweetened with honey or cheese and was sometimes eaten with these side dishes,sausage,domestic fowl,game,eggs,cheese,fish and shellfish.
